Where are you located?

We are located in Sydney, Australia.

Hey, I like Retro, can we talk?

Sure, check out the contact page or follow the link to our instagram page (bottom).

Can you find an item for me?

Of course. Contact us with your request and we'll be happy to look out for it.

How can I pay?

You can pay using PayPal, any major credit card or even with Bitcoin!

What is your shipping policy?

Items are shipped via Regular Post with a tracking ID. We ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery time after that is 3-4 business days depending on your location within Australia. All orders within Australia are shipped free.

Shipping to countries other than Australia incur a flat fee of $25.00 AUD.

Postal and delivery charges do not include taxes and duties which may be levied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed.

How do you handle returns?

A refund of the full purchase amount (in AUD only - even when payment was facillitated in Bitcoin) will be offered only when the item is returned, as it was received, by the buyer. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

Please choose wisely as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. Refunds and exchanges will be offered for a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt.

Retro Girl is bound by the Sale of Goods Act 1923 (NSW), the Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW) and the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) in relation to returns.

We will only refund or exchange an item if there is a major problem, for example:

• A problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item
• It is unsafe
• Differs significantly from the description provided
